Solution
I helped Luiza clarify what voice to use—and make sure it’s appropriate for everyone involved in her project. I then applied the voice into the new design, and created a website that’s fun, inspiring and reflecting Luiza’s vision. We liked working together so much, that I also created new social media assets for her.
